Wellness That Works Blog is all about Personal Growth, Self Development and Self Improvement. How you achieve that has many different routes.

From observation and experience, we found that there are various strategies that work. The ones we prefer are scientifically based strategies that contain the optimum level of wellness formula ingredients.

The wellness formulas contained with this site are based on several observations and issues:

  1. That only 3-4% of people actually achieve their goals and hence reach their full potential. Our goal is to increase the numbers by a further 5M people.
  2. That when dealing with overall wellness there are many, many layers which need to be addressed when trying to achieve your goals. This means we cannot look at body/mind systems in isolation. We need to deal with all levels: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.
  3. From years of observation and experience and discovery, we found that the best approach to overall wellness was through a clearly delineated five-step wellness model that specifically deals with all of the individual layers. (See this Wellness Model outlined in detail here).

Briefly, these steps include:

  • Repair – your physiology
  • Release – the underlying issues which are the real cause of the stress that creates untold distress on the body/mind systems
  • Renew – your physicality at the cellular level
  • Recreate – who you are- find out your authentic self so that you can move towards your true path
  • Reclaim – how you can then set goals that are meaningful to you once you have cleared the previous paths

When you take these steps, you can activate your full potential via these components, the wellness formula ingredients we have found that will definitely work for you.

  • New wellness habits cannot be implemented successfully unless and until the issues behind “unwellness” can be dealt with. This also entails a deep understanding of how stress impinges on the body/mind and the lasting impact it can have throughout life, unless you implement these wellness formula ingredients.
  • That wellness success can be achieved if you slow down and take one step at a time. You will find greater success by mastering smaller steps, one-at-a-time.
